About START LINE

Our editorial approach, independence and planning scope.

A journal for the whole weekend

START LINE is an independent English-language planning website. Twelve detailed guides bring together organizer date checks with original packing lists, travel decisions and preparation sequences. The focus is the October 2026–October 2027 planning window; later events explicitly requested by readers are labelled separately.

How the information is prepared

Event-specific dates and entry context are checked against linked organizer pages. We distinguish those facts from original editorial planning suggestions. Unannounced dates stay unannounced; we do not invent ticket availability, prices, artists, race entry guarantees or search-volume statistics. This edition was checked on 17 October 2026.

Using a planning snapshot

Organizers can change schedules, routes, entry processes and permitted items. Reopen the official event page before booking, packing and leaving for the venue. Our calendar is a dated reference rather than an automatically maintained event feed. Confirmations, tickets and race registrations are handled by their actual organizers.

Independent content and photography

We are not an event organizer, ticket seller, travel agent or race-entry provider. No affiliation, professional coaching credential or endorsement by an event, photographer or pictured person is claimed. Real stock photographs illustrate atmosphere, places and preparation; they are not presented as images of a future event edition. View source links and photography credits.

Preparation without a prescribed training plan

Our timelines describe planning decisions and equipment organisation. They do not assess fitness, prescribe a personalised training load or provide medical clearance. Use a suitable qualified professional for individual training or health decisions.
